    • Design and characterization of poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)-based microspheres (PLGA-based MSs) as potential drug delivery system for osteoarthritis (OA) treatment

    • Assess MS physicochemical properties (size, porosity, surface chemistry) and penetration into intra-articular cartilage

    • Adapted multiphase drug delivery equations in MATLAB and employed high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to assess in vitro controlled release and dissolution of corticosteroids with biodegradable polymers
